If you see this message it means that we are having trouble finding your KardiaMobile 6L device.
To help Kardia find your device:
- Make sure your KardiaMobile 6L is with you and in your hands
- Touch the two top electrodes at the same time to activate your KardiaMobile 6L device and to activate it and make it ready to communicate with your phone
- Tap the "Connect" button shown on screen
The application should notice your KardiaMobile 6L and have you on your way to recording.
If Kardia still can not connect to your device, you may have a drained battery. Please see here for how to replace a KardiaMobile battery.
